📦 Claims for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a claim within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim quickly, please email us with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue


🔄 Claim Review Process

  • All claims are reviewed within 1–3 business days.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and your preference.


💰 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • An incorrect item was delivered

  • The claim is approved after verification

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling


⏱ Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.


🚚 Return Shipping (If Required)
