Order Issues & Claims
If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your claim.
Our support team will investigate and offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Processing Time

Non-Eligible Claims
