Legal guarantee of conformity – 24 months

All products sold on gardenpromo.com are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 24 months from delivery (Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005, Articles 128 et seq., and the equivalent rules in your country). The guarantee is free of charge.

A product is not in conformity if, for example, it is faulty, does not work as described on the product page, or is missing parts listed in the package contents.

What you are entitled to

  • First, repair or replacement of the product, free of charge and within a reasonable time.
  • If repair or replacement is not possible, is refused, or is not completed within a reasonable time, a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract with a full refund.

We cover the costs of returning a non-conforming product.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

If the parcel arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product or missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and note any visible damage on the courier’s delivery document. This helps us solve the problem quickly. It does not reduce your 24-month guarantee rights.

How to make a claim

  1. Email [email protected] with your name, the phone number used for the order, the product, a description of the problem and, if possible, photos or a short video.
  2. We reply within 14 days and tell you how we will resolve it (repair, replacement, or refund) and how to send the product back if needed.
  3. Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account (IBAN) you give us.

What the guarantee does not cover

  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts (for example blades, discs, bits, batteries after normal use).
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or use contrary to the instructions supplied with the product.
