Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed on gardenpromo.com. Please read them before you order. By submitting an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

2. Who can order

Orders on this website are intended for consumers aged 18 or over. If you buy for business purposes, the consumer-protection provisions in these terms (in particular the right of withdrawal) do not apply to you.

3. Products and prices

  • Each product page describes the main characteristics of the product, the package contents and the price.
  • All prices are final prices in the currency shown on the product page and include VAT.
  • The product page and the order summary show the shipping cost and any cash-on-delivery fee before you submit your order. There are no other charges.
  • Product photos are for illustration. Minor differences in colour or packaging may occur; the product characteristics described on the page apply.

4. How an order is placed

  1. You fill in the order form on the product page (name, phone number, email, delivery address, postcode and quantity).
  2. Before submitting, you can check and correct your details and see the total amount you will pay the courier.
  3. By clicking the order button (“Confirm order – pay on delivery” or equivalent in your language) you submit a binding order and accept the obligation to pay the total shown.
  4. We call you on the phone number you provided to confirm the order and your delivery details. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order. We send the confirmation, together with these terms, to the email address you provided.
  5. If we cannot reach you or cannot accept the order (for example, if the product is no longer available), we will tell you and no contract is concluded.

5. Payment

Payment is made only on delivery: you pay the courier the total amount shown in the order summary when you receive the parcel. We do not ask for any payment online or in advance. See Payment Methods.

6. Delivery

We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after telephone confirmation. Delivery normally takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates; if we cannot deliver within 30 days of the contract, you may cancel the order. See Shipping Information.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The full conditions, the procedure and a model withdrawal form are on the Right of Withdrawal page.

8. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 24 months from delivery, under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, Articles 128 et seq.) and the equivalent rules in your country. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to repair or replacement, or, where that is not possible, to a price reduction or refund. See Legal Guarantee & Claims.

9. Damaged parcels

If the parcel is visibly damaged, please note this on the courier’s delivery document and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos. This helps us resolve the issue quickly and does not limit your legal guarantee rights.

10. Liability

We are liable in accordance with the law. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for personal injury, or under mandatory product-liability rules. Please use products as described in the instructions supplied with them.

11. Personal data

We process your personal data to handle your order, as described in the Privacy Policy & Cookie Policy.

12. Complaints

For any complaint, contact us at [email protected] or by post at MANY LEADS S.R.L., Via Pantanelle 16, 59100 Prato (PO), Italy. We reply within 14 days. You can also contact the consumer-protection authority or a consumer organisation in your country.

13. Applicable law and courts

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you submit your order applies to that order.
