Shipping Information

Processing

After you submit your order, we call you on the phone number you provided to confirm the order and your delivery address. We dispatch confirmed orders within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time

Delivery normally takes 7–15 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates: public holidays, courier workload or incorrect address details can cause delays. If we cannot deliver within 30 days of the contract, you may cancel the order and we will refund any amount paid.

Shipping cost

Shipping is currently free and there is no cash-on-delivery fee. The shipping cost and any fee always appear on the product page and in the order summary before you submit your order.

Delivery and payment

Your order is delivered by courier to the address you provided. The courier may contact you by phone or SMS before delivery. You pay the courier the total shown in the order summary when you receive the parcel. See Payment Methods.

Tracking

Where the courier provides a tracking number, we send it to the email address you gave with your order. See Track My Order.

Damaged or missing parcels

Please check the parcel when you receive it. If it is visibly damaged, note this on the courier’s delivery document. Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. This does not limit your rights under the legal guarantee.

Delivery area

We deliver to the countries for which an order page is available on this website, in the language of that country.
