Track My Order

After you order

  1. We call you on the phone number you gave to confirm the order and your delivery address.
  2. We dispatch confirmed orders within 1–3 business days.
  3. Delivery normally takes 7–15 business days from dispatch. The courier may contact you by phone or SMS before delivery.
  4. You pay the courier the total shown in your order summary when the parcel arrives.

Tracking number

Where the courier provides a tracking number, we send it to the email address you gave with your order. You can enter it on the courier’s website to see the delivery status.

Need help?

If you have not received a confirmation call within 2 business days, or your parcel has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, email [email protected] with your name and the phone number used for the order. Customer support: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 CET.
