Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase made on gardenpromo.com within 14 days, without giving any reason. This page explains how.

Right of withdrawal

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last one.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — MANY LEADS S.R.L., Via Pantanelle 16, 59100 Prato (PO), Italy, email [email protected] — of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (for example, an email or a letter sent by post). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

You can also tell us before delivery that you no longer want the order.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except any extra cost resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

Because you paid the courier in cash on delivery, we will make the refund by bank transfer to the account (IBAN) you give us. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

Returning the goods

After you notify us, we send you the return address and instructions by email. Please send the goods back without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you told us about your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14 days have expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (in the same way you could examine them in a shop). Please return the product with all parts and accessories, preferably in the original packaging.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
