14-day right of withdrawal

You can return any product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The product does not need to be unused, but you are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling it more than necessary to check what it is and how it works.

How to return a product

  1. Tell us within 14 days of delivery that you want to return the product: email [email protected] with your name, the phone number used for the order, the product and the date you received it. You can use the model withdrawal form.
  2. We reply by email with the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the product back within 14 days of your message, with all parts and accessories, preferably in the original packaging.

Refunds

  • We refund the full amount you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
  • Because you paid the courier on delivery, we refund by bank transfer to the account (IBAN) you give us, at no cost to you.
  • We may wait until we have received the product back, or you have shown proof of sending it, before making the refund.

Return shipping cost

For a withdrawal, you pay the direct cost of sending the product back. If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival or not the one you ordered, we cover the return cost — see Legal Guarantee & Claims.

Exceptions

Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This does not affect your guarantee rights if such a product is faulty.
