Payment Methods

Cash on delivery only

On gardenpromo.com you pay only when your order arrives. You pay the courier the total amount shown in the order summary when the parcel is delivered.

• No online payment and no payment in advance.
• We never ask for card details, bank details or passwords to place an order.
• The total you pay the courier is the product price (VAT included) plus any shipping cost and cash-on-delivery fee, all shown in the order summary before you submit your order. Currently shipping is free and there is no cash-on-delivery fee.
• Payment to the courier is normally in cash. Some couriers also accept a card at the door; please have the exact amount ready in case this option is not available.

Receipts

If you need a receipt or invoice for your order, write to [email protected] with the name and phone number used for the order.

Refunds

Because payment is made in cash on delivery, refunds (for example after a withdrawal) are made by bank transfer to the account (IBAN) you give us. See Right of Withdrawal and Returns & Refunds.
